PURE ARGAN OIL FROM MOROCCO
The argan tree grows in Morocco, and the oil from its seeds has been harvested for hundreds of years for its health-related and preservative properties. This oil is especially rich in fatty acids, and is more resistant to oxidation than olive oil.
In the early 21st century argan oil was rediscovered by American cosmetics firms, and became highly sought after by hairdressers for the effective way it moisturises and protects hair from everyday damage, making it thicker, fuller, and reducing split ends. KBN Organics obtain the oil from a women’s cooperative in Southwest Morocco, where argan trees are commonplace, and are climbed on by goats searching for nutritious argan seeds.
