booking policy 

• All services require a 50% deposit paid on the day of booking to confirm your appointment. Any phone or in-person bookings will require a deposit to be paid with 24 hours, otherwise the appointment will not be reserved. 
•  We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled after will result in a loss of deposit. 
•  NO SHOWS - will be required to pay for future appointment in full.
•  Appointments later than 15 minutes will incur charges or cancelled and charged.
• Last Minute Reschedule and Cancellations will result in a loss of deposit and a new deposit or payment in full will be required for any new bookings. 
• Prior to your appointment, we ask that you should have your hair detangled. An additional fee £30.00 will apply for this service or appointment will be cancelled and loss of deposit. 
• Refunds are processed within 48-72 hours of receiving your refund request. During this time, our team will review the request and initiate the necessary procedures to return the funds to your original payment method.
• We operate a strict no guest policy; parents or carers bringing in clients are not allowed on the salon floor due to health and safely guidelines.
